UUA Annual Program Fund The Unitarian Universalist Association's Annual Program Fund (APF) is the way UU congregations financially support the work of our larger faith community.
Every year in July, each congregation is asked to make a minimum contribution to the Association based on the number of members certified to the Association for General Assembly the previous February.
If voting membership, based on the congregation?s bylaws, is at least 550, 4.2% of the total of the current year?s operating budget may be used to calculate the minimum contribution in lieu of basing it on active membership. Visit the UUA's Annual Program Fund web page for additional details.
When a congregation contributes the suggested minimum, it earns the designation of a Fair Share Congregation.
The Annual Program Fund is the principal opportunity for congregations to financially support the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations in its efforts to provide services, promote our faith in the public square, and to further our growth. The UUA Board of Trustees appoints "APF District Coordinators" - one from each district.

Southeast District Dues are set by the Southeast District Board. The dues for 2011-2012 are $22 per member. Congregations are billed in July by the Southeast District. Quarterly statements are sent via email to each congregation's office. For more information about district dues, contact Southeast District Administrator, Glenn Johnson at tjd@uua.org.
